We score individual attributes such as BMI, number of hours slept, number of steps taken daily, and heart rate at rest. The scoring of these attributes and their temporal dynamics are also available on the Know Your Numbers™ report.

The report offers actionable tips to help YOU meet your personal goals. Know Your Numbers™ is a tool for understanding weekly shifts while supporting users in making informed decisions and adjusting your habits to achieve wellness objectives. Expect to receive the weekly report seven days after you subscribe via email. We suggest that you read your Know Your Numbers™ report at least once a month. How do you use AI/ML to derive my score?

How are my scores computed?

The scores are computed utilizing an array of Apple HealthKit data which we run through our proprietary Artificial Intelligence algorithms to generate a tallywell score and your tallywell sub scores.

Will tallywell automatically update if I manually change data in my Health app?

When you initially set up your account, tallywell will sync any data you allow and sync what is currently recorded in your Health app. If you make a manual change to your data at any time in your Health app (height/weight for example), tallywell will update these changes the next time you open the tallywell app, or when you tap ‘Retry’ from the Health Data Syncing screen.

How often does tallywell retrieve data from Health Kit?
